Biblical Worldview
Course Description
This course reinforces a biblical worldview by exploring the aims, tasks, and outcomes of public theology and its relationship to the mission of the church. Students will examine the connection of theology to contemporary social thought and life where the gospel intersects with public policy, public life, and the public good. Students will engage subjects in public theology covering issues related to family systems, broken sources of identity, group conflict, wealth and poverty, and incarnational public witness of the gospel.
