East Academy was born out of a deep desire to address the educational, spiritual, and leadership gaps across the African continent. In 2024, under the guidance and vision of KAG East University, East Academy was launched as a digital learning platform focused on raising a new generation of leaders equipped with both knowledge and character.  

The idea began as a collaboration between passionate educators, visionary church leaders, and innovative digital strategists who recognized the potential of online learning to reach even the most remote parts of Africa. What started as a simple initiative to support post-high school graduates quickly grew into a full-fledged academy serving learners across Kenya and beyond.

By early 2025, East Academy had established key programs like:

• University Launchpad – A foundational course equipping students for academic and personal success

• AAGA (Africa Assemblies of God Alliance ) – A Leadership and Discipleship Program designed to train children’s ministers across Africa, in partnership with AAGA CMC.

From just a handful of learners, East Academy now serves hundreds of students across multiple African nations, with a growing team of facilitators, mentors, and partner organizations.
